Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Associate to greet guests, enhance their shopping experience, and support store operations with safety and courtesy at all times.

You will operate the register per corporate standards, maintain cash and inventory accuracy, restock shelves, complete housekeeping, assist vendors, and respond to guest requests; flexible hours including weekends and holidays required; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests and delivering a welcoming shopping experience.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions and cash handling.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping tasks: cleaning, dusting, sweeps, mopping, trash removal.
• Replenish products and communicate guest or vendor requests to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors and assist with store operations.
