Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, and ensure shelves are stocked while following safety and policy guidelines.

The role requires coordination with management, ability to count and complete paperwork, and participating in vendor check-ins and onboarding activities. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend hours is needed.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain accurate cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping and replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns with management.
• Must be able to count, read and write accurately for paperwork and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels according to standards.
• Complete housekeeping, replenishment, and merchandising tasks as assigned.
