Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Cary, NC is seeking a part-time cashier to check out merchandise at the POS and deliver top-notch customer service. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help buyers select products while promoting CLUB Membership, VOC and in-store pickup.

The role requires friendly, knowledgeable interaction, accurate cash handling, and the ability to maintain shelves and assist customers in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash transactions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Checkout customer merchandise through POS registers and greet customers.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist buyers in making decisions.
• Stock and straighten shelves in the area when not ringing up products.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• All other duties as assigned.
