Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation's restaurant team in St. Louis seeks friendly, energetic staff to greet guests, process orders at the counter, assist with self-service kiosks, and prepare milkshakes. You will help with to-go and delivery orders, expo accuracy, bussing, and keeping the dining room clean while upholding food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process customer orders and payments.
• Assist guests with placing orders using self-service kiosks.
• Package to-go and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve milkshakes and other specialty items.
• Expo food orders to ensure accuracy and quality before they reach guests.
• Complete daily prep and side work to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Bus tables, clean trays, and maintain a clean, organized dining room.
• Help open and close the restaurant by completing opening and closing checklists.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and assist with back-of-house tasks when needed during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout your shift.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
