Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Stand for long periods and carry out meal/service tasks as required.
• Accurately take, enter, and process orders and payments.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter orders accurately.
• Handle payments and operate cash registers.
• Maintain dining areas and guest spaces clean and welcoming.
• Explain menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Greet guests promptly and thank them on departure.
• Follow standard operating procedures with urgency.
