Job summary

Zaxbys is expanding and inviting you to join our team as a Front of House Cashier. You will take and enter orders, handle payments, keep the dining area clean, and provide excellent service with a sense of urgency.

Whether part-time or full-time, you will greet guests, explain menu items, and upsell when appropriate. You will work with the POS system to complete transactions and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Take and enter orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Greet guests promptly and thank them upon leave.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest add-ons.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions.
• Enter guest orders into the POS system and manage receipts.
