Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Cashier to greet customers and process purchases efficiently. You will handle cash and card transactions, answer questions, and guide shoppers to products while maintaining a positive, fast-paced checkout area.

Responsibilities include keeping checkout zones clean, assisting with stocking, and collaborating with the front end team to ensure smooth store operations. Prior cashiering experience and strong math skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years cashiering experience.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to operate register, calculator, and scanner; strong math skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and with courteous service.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and provide change.
• Assist customers with product location and store information.
• Maintain clean checkout areas and assist with stocking.
• Communicate with front end manager and Head Cashier.
