Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in North Windham, ME to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. The role offers hourly pay and a dynamic, customer-facing environment in a Fortune 500 company with a long‑standing local presence.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating POS, maintaining safety and cleanliness, stocking, and assisting management with vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.
• Able to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
