Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the point of sale, and help keep shelves stocked and the store clean.

Flexible hours, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation are required. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs and access all store areas while collaborating with management and vendors.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Accurate counting, reading and writing for required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS pursuant to corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
