Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos in Nashville is seeking a friendly Hospitality Team member to greet guests, take orders, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You’ll learn the menu, promote promotions, and run food to tables with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications include flexible availability and required Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications. Prior POS experience is a plus, and a customer-service mindset is essential for memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certifications must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location.
• 1 year of work experience providing customer service in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
• 1 year of experience using POS (point-of-sale) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued from arrival.
• Learn the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables, ensure correct, timely delivery and offer refills on chips and drinks.
• Maintain neat, clean, inviting guest-facing areas.
• Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
