JINYA Ramen Bar is seeking a friendly, professional Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will be a brand ambassador, adept at guiding guests through menu offerings, daily specials, and dietary considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of server experience in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining hospitality.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with POS and reservation platforms such as OpenTable.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional service to all guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver promptly.
• Execute service steps and upsell when appropriate.
• Guide guests through menu, specials, and dietary considerations.
• Ensure a memorable dining experience from greeting to farewell.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, and manage wait lists when needed.
• Engage guests with JINYA’s greetings and brand culture.
• Promote ramen and tapas offerings and build emotional connections.
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and bar areas and support back-of-house teams.
• Assist with host duties, reservations, and seating rotation as required.
