Job summary

JINYA Ramen Bar in Georgia seeks a Bartender to be a brand ambassador, delivering a fun, hospitable dining experience while executing JINYA’s service standards with precision.

You will craft cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages to exact recipes, upsell daily specials, greet guests, manage seating and reservations when needed, and collaborate with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant experience, with at least 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, bar service standards, and POS systems.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills with strong multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a professional and positive manner, including taking orders and delivering items accurately.
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages to exact recipes and specifications.
• Greet guests, manage seating and reservations when needed, and provide accurate wait time expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, pairings, and allergens to assist guests effectively.
• Support front-of-house operations and assist teammates as needed.
