Swingers is hiring a Caddie in Boston to enhance the guest experience on the Crazy Golf Course. You will provide beverage service and participate in golf activities with guests, acting as an interactive guide in a fun, energetic environment.

The role requires a passion for hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Eligible team members receive extensive benefits and a structured PTO program.

Qualifications

• A knack for creating exciting and outstanding experiences for others, and passion for interacting with guests.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a runner and/or busser in a busy environment.
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company.
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard.
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Caddies provide beverage service and participate in golf and experience-enhancing activities with guests and colleagues in adherence to Swingers ethos, policies, procedures and goals.
• They are interactive guides to and active participants in the guest experience on our Crazy Golf Courses.
• On premises essential: must perform all work requirements on site.
