Job summary

Swingers Boston is hiring a Caddie to join our energetic team on the Crazy Golf Course. You will interact with guests, provide beverage service, and participate in golf- and experience-enhancing activities while upholding Swingers’ ethos.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of busy-environment experience, must hold TIPS alcohol certification, and possess strong communication skills. This onsite role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

The role:

Caddies are responsible for the ultimate fun guest experience on the Crazy Golf Course. They are the interactive guides to and active participants in the guest experience on our Crazy Golf Courses. Caddies provide beverage service, participate in golf and experience‑enhancing activities with guests and colleagues in adherence to the Swingers ethos, policies, procedures and goals.

Our perfect candidate has:

• A knack for creating exciting and outstanding experiences for others, and passion for interacting with guests
• Minimum 6 months experience as a runner and/or busser in a busy environment
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
