Swingers Boston is hiring a Caddie to join our energetic team on the Crazy Golf Course. You will interact with guests, provide beverage service, and participate in golf- and experience-enhancing activities while upholding Swingers’ ethos.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of busy-environment experience, must hold TIPS alcohol certification, and possess strong communication skills. This onsite role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a runner and/or busser in a busy environment.
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and growth within the company
• Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands (standing, walking, lifting)

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service and assist guests on the Crazy Golf Course.
• Engage with guests to create exciting experiences.
• Follow Swingers policies and procedures to ensure safety and fun.
• Support team with daily operations and uphold guest-focused ethos.
