Job summary

Estancia Del Norte is seeking a Busser to support our food and beverage team in a hotel dining environment. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming space by clearing and resetting tables between guest seatings and assisting servers with water refills, bread delivery, and clearing used dishes.

Responsibilities include keeping dining areas pristine, setting tables with linens and glassware, and supporting banquet setups as needed.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training.
• Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required.
• TX or LA beverage permit certifications (TABC or RVSP) are required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset tables between guest seatings.
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread, and removing used dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, furniture, and service stations.
• Ensure proper setup of tables with linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Support banquet and event setups as needed.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
