Job summary

The Kimpton Brice Hotel, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, seeks a welcoming outlet/server assistant to maintain a clean dining environment and provide guests with superb service in Savannah, GA. The role supports the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Ideal candidates will know proper table settings, handle service ware confidently, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication; adapt to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment.
• Clear dirty settings quickly and reset tables promptly.
• Stock and maintain stations for all meal periods.
• Serve beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
