Job summary

The Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah, GA is seeking a friendly Food Busser I to join our on-site dining team on a part-time basis. You’ll help maintain a welcoming dining environment and support servers and management in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As part of the service team, you’ll quickly clear tables, stock stations, serve beverages, and transport wares to the dishwasher. The role requires physical stamina and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move or push goods with a hand cart up to 150 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
