Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. is seeking a motivated Busser to support FoH and BoH by maintaining dining room cleanliness and table readiness. The role emphasizes teamwork, a strong guest-centered mindset, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

The Busser will clear and reset tables, assist with pre-bussing, and help keep service stations stocked while coordinating with hosts and servers to maintain seating flow.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate basic understanding of food handling, sanitation, and prep procedures.

Responsabilités

• Clear tables to maintain restaurant flow and seating.
• Clean and reset tables, chairs, and surrounding areas to standards.
• Assist service staff with pre-bussing and clearing throughout the guest experience.
• Keep service stations stocked and organized with necessary supplies.
• Communicate with host and service team about table progression and seating flow.
• Assist back-of-house by returning clean items to front-of-house as needed.
• Maintain a 'clean as you go' mindset with attention to detail.
• Support the team in all service areas to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused mindset during interactions.
• Remain composed and professional during high-volume periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
