Job summary

Viewhouse is seeking a Busser to support dining room operations and guest satisfaction. You will help maintain clean, organized tables, assist servers and bartenders, and ensure smooth service flow in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

The role requires familiarity with table service, POS systems, and cash handling, plus strong communication and teamwork to deliver a positive guest experience. Evening and weekend shifts are common in this environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant required; upscale or high-volume experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of professional table service, POS systems, cash handling, sanitation, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure timely seating.
• Pre-buss and maintain dining areas; assist servers and others during service.
• Stock and maintain service stations; deliver items to guests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of dining areas and back-of-house spaces.
