Job summary

Foodworks Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Busser to support our front-of-house team and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. You will assist with table setup and reset, clear dishes, help servers, and keep floors and surfaces spotless to ensure smooth service.

You’ll greet guests, respond to inquiries, restock dining essentials, and collaborate closely with staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a busser role is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and items.

Responsibilities

• Table maintenance and resetting tables to cleaning standards.
• Clear dishes, glassware and utensils, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Assist servers by refilling water and delivering items as needed.
• Monitor dining area for spills or debris and keep area safe.
• Restock utensils, napkins, and dining essentials for service.
• Collaborate closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
• Greet guests warmly and address inquiries to create a welcoming atmosphere.
