Cooper’s Hawk Winery in Florida seeks energetic Bussers and Food Runners to maintain a clean, welcoming dining room and support service during busy shifts. You will reset tables, assist with running food, pre-bus, stock glassware, and coordinate with hosts, servers, and bartenders to keep the guest experience seamless.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Positive attitude and passion for people, food, and service.
• Able to stay active in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Reset tables and bar tops quickly to start guests smoothly.
• Assist with running food, clearing dishes, and supporting service flow.
• Pre-bus tables as necessary.
• Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Communicate with Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders to keep the dining room moving.
• Help the team stay stocked and ready through each shift.
• Greet guests with energy and assist with carryout orders.
