Qualifications

• Ability to actively listen to others.
• Knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of front house operations.
• Assist with back of the house operations as needed.
• Setup restaurant for service including polishing silverware.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables in dining areas.
• Assist restaurant staff and communicate special needs.

Skills

Knowledge of English language
