Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas including floors, windows, counters, serving trays, and storage areas.
• Assist with back-of-house operations as needed.
• Set up restaurant for service (polish silverware/glassware, fold napkins, arrange tables).
• Clear, clean, and reset tables between seatings and transport soiled wares to kitchen.
