Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants is hiring Bussers and Food Runners to help keep the dining room clean, organized, and energized. You will support running food, resetting tables, and aiding service flow to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• A positive attitude and a passion for people, food, and service.

Responsibilities

• Reset tables and bar tops quickly to ensure a fresh start for every guest.
• Assist with running food, clearing dishes, and supporting the flow of service.
• Communicate with Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders to keep the dining room moving.
• Help the team stay stocked and ready through each shift.
• Greet guests with energy and anticipate their needs to create a positive first impression.
• Assist with carryout orders and help create a positive overall guest experience.
• Restocking, light cleaning, and small details that improve the guest experience.
