Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking friendly Bussers and Food Runners to keep the dining room inviting and efficient. You’ll help run food, reset tables, and support the flow of service while delivering hospitality with energy and care.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, restaurant experience preferred, teamwork and strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is required; English reading/writing is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Positive attitude and a passion for people, food, and service.
• Ability to stay active and engaged in a fast paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Run food and reset tables to keep service moving smoothly.
• Reset tables and bar tops quickly so every guest starts fresh.
• Assist with running food, clearing dishes, and supporting the flow of service.
• Pre-bus tables as necessary and stock glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Communicate with Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders to keep the dining room moving.
• Greet guests with energy and help create a positive first and last impression.
