Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a hotel services team member in Redwood City, CA, to deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests and serve as the liaison between guests and kitchen staff. You will communicate orders to chefs with attention to allergies and priorities, while keeping tables clean and maintaining overall area cleanliness.

The role requires flexibility to work day/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may require food handlers and alcohol compliance

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain food handlers certification.
• Must be willing to obtain alcohol compliance certification if applicable.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivering food orders from the kitchen to the Guest.
• Acting as the point of contact between Guest and kitchen staff.
• Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies).
• Clear and clean tables.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
