Job summary

Custom House Hotel Lp is seeking a friendly and energetic busser to support the Food Server in delivering excellent guest service at our Monterey property. The role requires attentiveness, strong teamwork, and the ability to work quickly in a busy dining area.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of food & beverage experience, reliable communication, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve problems quickly.
• Basic computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving guests and clearing tables to maintain a smooth dining flow.
• Support bartenders with refilling ice, washing glassware and bussing dishes.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in work areas and assist with setting tables.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Ensure knowledge of food and beverage offerings to inform guests accurately.
