Job summary

• Physical requirements include ability to stand for long periods and flexible, long hours.
• General requirements: clear communication, multitasking, attention to guest and employee needs, and maintaining appearance and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas clean and stocked according to the meal period.
• Keep tables clean and set to property standards.
• Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dishroom per standards.
• Deliver and refill beverages, pre-buss tables, and assist guest requests.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties and follow side-work checklist.
• Answer phones courteously and efficiently.
• Assist fellow employees as needed and provide service in waiter’s absence.
• Maintain beverage levels on table at all times.
• Contribute to overall guest satisfaction.
