Job summary

Shaner Hotels at Fairfield Inn & Suites State College is seeking a friendly breakfast attendant to welcome guests and support a smooth morning service.

You will set up and maintain the breakfast bar, assist in serving, and ensure cleanliness and safety. One year of customer service is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; food safety certification preferred. Join a team committed to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and interact with guests in the breakfast and lobby area.
• Setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast bar line; prepare specified food items at the breakfast bar, replenishing food and assist in serving food from the breakfast bar line to the guests, courteously and efficiently.
