Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and interact with guests in the breakfast and lobby area.
• Setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast bar line; prepare specified food items and replenish as needed.
• Assist in serving food from the breakfast bar line to guests courteously and efficiently.
• Follow departmental quality standards and specifications for food handling and safety.
