Job summary

Del Mar Vacations, Inc is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to be the first impression for guests, turning inquiries into confirmed vacations on Cape Cod. You will manage inbound/outbound reservations, coordinate with our AI agent, and ensure timely, professional responses across channels.

From managing payments and adjustments to driving loyalty and repeat bookings, you’ll build deep knowledge of Del Mar homes and recommend the perfect stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong sense of numbers and basic accounting.
• Sales-minded, persuasive, and driven to close deals.
• Passionate about delivering 5-star guest experiences and building loyalty.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries across platforms while staying organized.
• Calm and professional in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality, reservations, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for bookings and convert interest into confirmed reservations.
• Monitor and guide our reservations AI Agent, stepping in where a human touch is needed.
• Respond to the HubSpot Reservations Inbox promptly and professionally.
• Manage Reservations text messaging to keep guest conversations moving across channels.
• Review the Reserved Reservations Report daily to catch opportunities and follow up.
• Conduct check-out calls with departing guests to secure future bookings.
