Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Philadelphia is seeking a hospitality team member to take and serve guest orders promptly and follow the service manual. You will also assist in kitchen tasks as needed and perform mise en place and side work to support service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.
• Build and create dishes when necessary, according to the Courtyard Culinary Book.
• Do all necessary mise en place and side work as assigned.
• Answer any guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable).
• Check food before serving to ensure appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Complete all Service Marriott Trainings within 90 days of being hired.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
