Job summary

The Hotel Hershey, a luxury resort in Hershey, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Team Member for its Food & Beverage operations. You will greet guests, serve beverages and food, describe menu items, and support the dining team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of related F&B experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and anticipate needs.
• Serve beverages and food and describe menu items.
• Assist with guest service and shuttle items to tables as needed.
• Forward guest concerns to staff or supervisor.
• Breakdown, clean, and set up tables and stations.
• Restock dining and service areas and ensure condiments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
