Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and describe available food and beverage amenities.
• Provide exceptional guest service to each guest.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain and operate the POS cash register and record alcohol logs.
• Verify legal age before serving alcohol.
• Sanitize and store utensils and equipment; clean work areas.
• Handle guest issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow procedures, safety, sanitation, and department policies.
• Participate in training and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Promote customer relations and assist with related duties as needed.
