Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group in Oklahoma operates a dynamic casino environment where a Beverage Server delivers fast, friendly service, takes orders, serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and helps guests enjoy a welcoming and engaging experience.

You will maintain knowledge of beverages, handle cash and POS, verify IDs, promote responsible service, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to carry trays while using both hands and safely lift and transport items weighing 15–25+ pounds throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, entertaining, and engaging guest experience.
• Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service while maintaining a stage persona.
• Take orders, serve beverages, and inform guests of specials and offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages, ingredients, pricing, and preparation methods.
• Verify guest identification and promote responsible alcohol service.
• Process guest transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and guest service standards.
• Carry beverage trays and service items throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
