Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to mix and prepare alcoholic beverages.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must obtain or already possess local liquor licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and describe available beverages and amenities.
• Provide exceptional guest service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Operate POS cash register and process payments.
• Verify guests are of legal drinking age before service.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers and garnishes.
• Wash glassware and maintain sanitation standards.
• Log alcohol sales for inventory and reporting.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management for smooth operations.
• Attend training and maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
