Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage
• Experience in a luxury resort setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned beverage department functions aligned with the strategic plan
• Direct smooth, cost-efficient operations including labor, scheduling and inventory
• Ensure guest service delivery meets brand standards and service quality
• Provide leadership and guidance to beverage staff; staff scheduling
• Oversee requisition, stocking, and revenue-maximizing beverage outlets
• Offer management support and recommendations on daily operations
