Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations at Paradise is seeking a Bellperson to join the team at our 419-unit resort located off the Strip. You will be the first point of contact for Owners and Guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth start to their stay.

Responsibilities include greeting arrivals, assisting with luggage, delivering messages, coordinating deliveries, and guiding guests through room features and available services.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Stand or walk for long periods and endure outdoor weather.
• Respond quickly to work situations with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort owners/guests to rooms to ensure happiness and a strong first impression.
• Supervise property entrance and assist with guest arrivals.
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation.
• Deliver messages and support room move requests and deliveries.
• Identify room features and explain amenities to guests.
• Support other departments as needed and maintain a clean front entrance area.
