Job summary

Hilton LAX is seeking a Bellperson/Porter to welcome guests and assist with luggage, delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for. You will escort guests, demonstrate room features, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures, contributing to a memorable stay.

You will handle luggage with care, operate hotel vehicles as needed, and keep bell carts and work areas tidy and compliant with standards, supporting a safe, efficient guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests, greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
• Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
• Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
