Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure in a courteous, attentive manner.
• Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services and amenities.
• Load and unload luggage carts; organize and deliver luggage for tour groups.
• Explain features of the room and operation of electronic devices.
• Maintain current listing of local attractions and transportation guides.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
