Job summary

The Loren at Pink Beach is seeking a Bellman to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate with Front Desk to fulfill guest requests. You will keep lobby areas clean, manage luggage movement, and support safety protocols while delivering the highest hospitality standards.

Strong interpersonal skills and at least two years of Bellman experience are essential. OPERA or PMS familiarity is preferred, with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of Bellman experience required.
• Experience with OPERA or similar PMS preferred.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Familiar with luggage handling and luggage tracking.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the lobby with a warm, professional welcome.
• Assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for guest requests.
• Collect and distribute post and parcels.
• Maintain tidy lobby and forecourt areas.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Escort guests to accommodations and orient them to facilities.
