Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling to rooms.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes at the front desk as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform night audit duties when required and ensure accurate daily reporting.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and good etiquette.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment related to guest services.
