The Scott Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Front Desk/Bell Desk role to welcome guests and support daily resort operations. You will greet arrivals, assist with luggage, escort guests to their suites, and share local recommendations to enhance their stay.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Hospitality experience is preferred, but a welcoming attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
A clean motor vehicle record is required for this safety-sensitive position.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet arriving and departing guests with sincerity, energy, and professionalism.
Assist guests with luggage and transport between vehicles, suites, and storage areas.
Escort guests to their suites and orient them to the property.
Inspect suites on arrival and report deficiencies.
Issue and match luggage tickets with corresponding luggage.
Develop knowledge of resort amenities, hours, services, and local attractions.
Provide recommendations for area activities and dining.
Respond to guest questions and phone inquiries courteously and clearly.
Support daily resort operations with tasks like laundry and delivery duties.
Take on additional duties as assigned by Front Office Supervisors and Managers.
