Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6+ months of prior guest-service experience preferred.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and hotel staff in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Provide high-level guest service aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with luggage collection, transport, and storage.
• Orient guests to rooms and property, and answer questions.
