Job summary

NorthPointe Hospitality is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to their rooms, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. The role emphasizes courtesy, attentiveness, and strong guest service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will coordinate with Front Desk, assist with valet operations, share information about local attractions, and help guests with special requests while maintaining lobby cleanliness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests at the entrance or lobby in a warm and professional manner, make them feel welcome and anticipate their needs before they arise.
• Ensure front office staff provides guests with prompt service, professional attention, and personal recognition.
• Recognize all returning and VIP guests and welcome them back.
• Communicate consistently with the Front Desk and appropriate departments to gain all pertinent information requirements and special needs for arriving VIPs, large groups, and other key guests.
• Assist with Valet parking during the arrival and departure of the guest. Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors.
• Assist Guests and Visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading or unloading luggage and any special needs.
• Escort all guests checking in to their accommodations following hotel procedure.
• Provide guests with information to enhance their experience. Inform them about all hotel and guest room features and hotel facilities.
• Provide information on area attractions, restaurants, and activities. Help with recommendations and help make arrangements when possible.
• Inform guests about all hotel and guest room features and hotel facilities.
• Assist guests with their luggage or packages and acknowledge them by name.
• Fulfill Guest Requests and make deliveries to guest rooms in a prompt and courteous manner. Deliver messages and run errands as requested.
• Store and retrieve luggage and other objects for guests
• Support the Front Desk when needed.
• Maintain Cleanliness of the Front Entrance and Lobby.
