Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts in Florida seeks a friendly Bell Attendant to be the first and last touchpoint for guests. You will warmly greet arrivals, assist with luggage, and provide guidance on amenities, dining, and local attractions.

This role emphasizes proactive service, safety, and teamwork across front desk, housekeeping, engineering. Flexible weekends/holidays and outdoor work in varying weather are part of the job; competitive pay, 401k match, discounts, free meals, parking, and growth

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather, with flexible weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and vehicle loading and unloading.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about property amenities, dining, and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security, and ADA accessibility standards.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and polished professional appearance.
• Uphold company service standards and protect guest and company property.
