Responsibilities

• Show guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and answer questions.
• Check luggage for day and overnight guests.
• Maintain the lobby/bellstand and be ready to assist fronts.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Keep the bellstand, lobby and baggage room clean.
• Maintain open communication across shifts.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
