Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s Miraval Berkshires is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage and provide personalized service to ensure a smooth stay.

In this second-shift role (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), you will transport guests, coordinate with Front Desk and other departments, and share local insights while maintaining a high standard of guest care.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• Clean driving record and valid license

• Handling and transporting guest vehicles and related equipment
• Coordinating with Front Desk and other hotel departments for guest deliveries
• Providing directions to local insights
• Transporting guests to local venues
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
