Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Buffet Attendant for Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa in Massachusetts. This part-time, hourly position requires high energy, attention to detail, and ability to support the F&B and culinary teams to ensure guest experiences meet high standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining buffet areas, setting up stations, stocking items, and assisting with cold prep as needed. Weekend availability and basic food safety knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

Ability to work extended hours on your feet.
Interpersonal skills for genuine, fluid communication with guests and staff.
Availability must include weekends.
Knowledge of basic food safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain buffet area cleanliness and service surfaces before and after service.
Set buffet stations on time and to standard; assist with signage and identifiers.
Stock shelves with clean dishes and appropriate service ware.
Prepare buffet items for upcoming service with culinary team.
Assist in cold prep during downtime and support kitchen staff.
